Pullins Law Firm Wins Landmark Legal Action!

Visiting Judge Richard Markus has ruled that Kathryn Elliott Pullins was removed illegally from the board of the Apple Valley Property Owners Association.  Mrs. Pullins will also be granted access to any financial information on the organization that she requests.  A summary of his court order follows:

-   The removal of Kathryn Elliott Pullins was invalid.
-   Mrs. Pullins to be reinstated to the board and her missed time added to her term.
-   That the AVPOA provide Mrs. Pullins with the financial information on the organization that she requests.
-   Will fine the AVPOA and/or Manager Jeff Harmer $200 per day for failure to comply with this order.

    For me this is great news. I no longer live in Apple Valley, but still try to follow the news. I also had the feeling everything was not on the up and up. And I feel this only the tip of the iceberg, with more news and findings to come out in the days ahead.
